Welcome to the Pain Society of the Carolinas  2020 Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions!

September 18-20, 2020 at The Omni Grove Park Inn, Asheville, NC

Jointly Provided by The Pain Society of the Carolinas and Amedco

The 2020 Annual Meeting Program is again outstanding, thanks to the tireless work by the Program Committee. The Annual Meeting Sessions cover both basic and advanced topics germane to all physicians and practitioners who work with patients in pain.  No matter your specialty, we have sessions for you!   In these challenging times, we have options for you to attend the Annual Meeting LIVE or VIRTUAL!

Option One:  Live Meeting Attendance.   Limited to 100 registrants so that we can comply with Mass Gathering and Social Distancing rules at the Omni Grove Park Inn. We will also be limiting industry exhibition to 20 companies so that we have an intimate, collegial program.  Live meeting attendees will have access to the exclusive online CME and recorded sessions after the program concludes and until December 31, 2020.

Option Two:  Simulcast and Online only.  Unlimited attendance.  You will have access to this year's live meeting to watch it online from your home, office or wherever you feel most comfortable.  You can watch it as it happens or after the program concludes and until December 31, 2020.

Please note that no matter which option you choose this year, your membership dues for 2021 are included in your fee.  AND you have access to not only the live lectures, but also special CME content online only, trainee poster competition and a virtual exhibition - until December 31, 2020.

In an effort to encourage participation from members from all career stages, we will again host our annual Trainee Poster  Competition which will be online only this year.    Individuals from all educational programs are encouraged to submit an abstract and compete in this event.  All trainees who are accepted into the competition will be asked to submit a video poster oral presentation. These will be scored by attendees and faculty and the winner will receive free registration, travel and hotel to attend the 2021 Annual Meeting and present to the live audience.

Trainees who submit an abstract for the Online Poster Competition which is accepted for online presentation, receive free online access to the Annual Meeting.
